It was just fun shopping for homes with Michele. She was amazing at scheduling and would show us as many homes as we wanted to see and never feeling like it was a burden for her. I feel she was an excellent negotiator and also excellent in conflict resolution when there were issues that caused problems right before our closing that could have caused us to terminate our contract that she was able to resolve. Long days looking and searching until she found the "one" and she was always eager and ready. Very organized and prepared for our day of searching with good snacks too! She really is the best agent and we have truly enjoyed our experience from start to finish.

We were referred to Michele to look at some investment properties we wanted to see for doing a 1031 exchange. She was amazing to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was willing to meet on short notice and even a holiday since we lived out of state and were doing a turnaround. We ended up purchasing the home she showed us on the holiday. She was able to get us with a good closing attorney in Georgia that communicated well with our attorney that set up our exchange. We hope to do business again in the future.
