We were referred to Michele to look at some investment properties we wanted to see for doing a 1031 exchange. She was amazing to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was willing to meet on short notice and even a holiday since we lived out of state and were doing a turnaround. We ended up purchasing the home she showed us on the holiday. She was able to get us with a good closing attorney in Georgia that communicated well with our attorney that set up our exchange. We hope to do business again in the future. My wife and I are both realtors in Alabama.
