Michelle helped me sell my dads home in Hemet. It was a modular home built before HUD standards so we needed a cash buyer. I was in Sa Diego and my 98 yr old dad in Phoenix. She went above and beyond to get the home sold at a great price, helped me organize an estate sale, and donate the rest to a charitable organization. She has a warm personality and a can do attitude! The house closed escrow a month after being on the market! Sadly my dad passed recently but I’m so great full the house was sold before. He enjoyed talking with Michelle and had nothing but praise for her!!
