Michael Miller and Terri Dunn are great separately, but Excellent as a team. They showed me several properties with what I was looking for. Then this one showed up! Great house and an Incredible View. Several offers were coming in for it and with Michelle and Terri on my side, we acquired the property! After my mom passed, I was in charge of selling her home, the one we all grew up in. To complicate things, I live 3,000 miles from this house. Michele was everything- compassionate and understanding of all the emotions of my mom's passing and selling a house with all our memories. She was knowledgable of the deed processes when someone passes. We had a 7 month hold-up while waiting for paperwork from LA County. I was able to return home across the country because Michele constantly checked on the house, ran all the water, and kept everything perfect until we could get the house on the market. She was an expert on understanding the market in a volatile time. Once on the market, she worked diligently to get the house sold for the best price. She communicated often and clearly explaining all the paperwork, rules etc. She was an excellent negotiator and gave me excellent advice all through the process. When we needed things fixed she had people who came quickly and did an excellent job at a great price. She was everything to me at a very difficult time- friend, advisor, listener. She took excellent care of me and our house. I couldn't have asked for more and I really don't know what I would have done without her.
