Michele and Brian went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND their Job requirements! I had the Metz Real Estate Group handle the sale of my property as well as find me a new property. They sold my house in less than 2 weeks holding open houses each weekend until sold. The marketing they use is AWESOME! The pictures their photographer took were bright and stand out more than other agents pictures. They also had all kinds of marketing as well to get my house sold quickly. Buying and selling homes can be VERY stressful but Michele took the time to always listen to our needs and wants all hours of they day! Even when we changed our minds several times on which property we wanted, they always were understanding. We had a difficult and demanding buyer on the house that I was selling and she ALWAYS stayed professional. Having a difficult buyer, Michele listened to my frustration and was very good at listening and calming me down. She felt more like my therapist at times, haha. I could go on and on!!! From the very start I had a wonderful experience with Michelle . A friend gave her my number and within 15 minutes she called me . That weekend I was viewing condos and she was submitting offers for me . I can't tell you how many times I called or texted her and always got a response , even after hours . I don't think Michelle can say NO to her clients . Michelle wrote up several offers for me , gave me great advise and finally negotiated the one I ending up with . After that I must have asked her to take me back 5 times to see it again while it was in escrow and she was always available . After the sale was final she came over several times to make sure everything was ok , made additional phone calls for me and told me I could call her anytime. I not only ended up with a beautiful condo that has everything I was looking for but also met a really special person that went above and beyond to make me happy and gave me the best buying experience I ever had .
