Michele McCarthy did an amazing job selling our house. After living in our home for 33 years, and raising our family there she knew just how to guide us to make it as seamless as possible. We've been friends with her for many years, but this was helpful in knowing what we want. She was endlessly patient and had some wonderful suggestions. We first listed in the slow season of late Fall with only one low offer. Michele cautioned us this was not the best time in the real estate world. With her excellent suggestion we made some changes to "modernize" our house, and put it back on the market in early Spring. It sold quickly for almost asking. As a retired 37 year teacher I'd give her an A+!
