Michele was professional and respectful during the sale of our 4-unit multi-family in Fitchburg this fall. As most investment owners know the success in this area it is all about the tenants. In this case, Michele was able to navigate one tenant with restrictions due to a child with a recent operation and another which was very particular on when access to the apartment was permitted. She treated all the tenants with respect and thoughtfulness and always just made it happen. We had the first offer fall through due to a nervous buyer and Michele was able to quickly get a second offer signed without even needing to update the listing from contingent. It was literally done same day! I can’t say enough about Michele as she is definitely a realtor you should consider. I look forward to working with her again in the future :)

Michele was very good at making sure we priced our home correctly. She worked hard to market our home and to present it with open houses. We were very pleased with the outcome, sale price, and marketing. As an older couple we are not as comfortable with communicating via text messaging. But that is just our own use of technology. I am sure younger people would be very comfortable with Texting.

Michele was professional from our 1st conversation. I had anxiety about starting the process but she was able to make me feel calm and at peace. She gave us recommendations which we followed, she had beautiful professional pictures taken of our home and once the home was listed we had an offer within a few days!! We were able to move out of state with no worries. Until the closing date she checked on the home sent us pics. She was able to meet at the home for appts prior to closing, such as water meter reading. She made this process so easy for my husband and I. We are appreciative for all she did for us.

Michele went above and beyond for us. She was really there for us at every step in our sale and we got a much better price because of he effort. she helped us stage the house properly, place the right ads, and set the right price. It was a great experience.

MICHELLE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH HER PLAN TO GET ME THE MOST FOR MY PROPERTY. WITH HER PROFOUND UNDERSTANDING OF THE EVER-CHANGING REAL ESTATE MARKET, MICHELLE SET A REALISTIC PRICE FOR MY COMMERCIAL PROPERTY, AND WITHIN DAYS OF MY PROPERTY'S BEING LISTED IN A MOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER, INCLUDING WALK-THROUGH PICTURES, I WAS OFFERED THE ASKING PRICE, WHICH I ACCEPTED. MICHELLE CONTINUED TO SHOW THE PROPERTY, JUST IN CASE THE FIRST AGREEMENT FELL THROUGH, AND I RECEIVED A CONTINGENCY OFFER FOR $5000 MORE THAN THE ASKING PRICE. IT TOOK ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF FOR THE SALE TO BE COMPLETED. THERE WAS LITTLE EFFORT ON MY PART..MICHELLE TOOK CARE OF MOSTLY EVERYTHING.
