Awesome experience with Michele! She is a very patient and knowledgeable realtor. She went to many listings and sent photos and videos back to me until we found the perfect property. Michele has great attention to detail. During the due diligence process she discovered the property I selected had an old lien from a previous owner that was missed. After years of interest the lien was for well over 6 figures. She quickly petitioned the city to waive the lien while negotiating with the seller to extend the due diligence period to protect my binder deposit. After days/weeks of trying to get the lien waved via phone calls and emails, she decided to go in person to plead our case. Michele was able to successfully get the lien waived, and efficiently guided us through the rest of the closing process.
