My first time buying a home was a great experience. Ms. Sherman helped me seal the deal on my first investment duplex. I got it for 10k under asking and she also negotiated that another 10k would go towards buying down my interest rate. Ms. Sherman also helped me secure a deal with the county to use my property for their transitional housing program. This was a blessing. My mortgage is covered every month plus some change.
