Michele was wonderful from start to finish! She came to showings with a folder of the MLS listing, sellers' disclosure, and other relevant paperwork. While we were exploring the home and trying to see if we pictured ourselves there, she pointed out potential concerns and dealbreakers (which is very necessary when you're spending that much money!). She answered all of our questions along the way from the buying process, option period, inspection, and beyond. Michele helped us negotiate the price within our budget.
