We contacted Michele Hill over a year ago to give us some things to do if we were to decide to sell. We knew she was an effective realtor in that she sold many homes in our area for good prices after other realtors had trouble with the same properties. She advised us well throughout the year and this even included a recommendation to stage the house professionally for listing.
