She always got back to us in a timely fashion; she knows the Mirabay market very well and had good suggestions on price and marketing. Michelle was well prepared when we met with her, knew the market and had good input on price and marketing; she introduced her team the first time we met with her; her office is conveniently located at the entrance of Mirabay , which was important to us; she was willing to list a little higher price than her market analysis, and we actually got close to our asking price, which was a major improvement over the recent sales by other realtors in the Anchor Cove community; Michelle understood our property features, upgrades and location on the lagoon, which supported a higher sales price. She promoted the property very well, with great pictures and an awesome virtual tour which we shared with many of our friends and relatives. She is tech savvy and uses great tools to communicate with the sellers, sending regular internet reports on showings, website views, and followed up with agents who showed our property; she worked well with our tenants too while the townhouse was still rented.She uses showing time to schedule showings and provide feedback to sellers.
