I can't tell you how professional, and how personable and how absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable Michelle is. She is hands-down, the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many of the years. She not only attends to every detail, so you don't have to worry about a thing, but she does it with a smile on her face and is eager to see your dreams come true. She is so positive and she makes sure you are satisfied with each and every step. It's not about making a commission for Michele (altho0ugh everyone needs to eat, right)--it's about elevating people to places they aspire and dream! She works tirelessly to ensure that everything is ago by the time you get to closing. Not only that, she also educates the entire time so you learn every step the process along the way. She has countless affiliates that she works with in regards to inspection report and any kind of housing or construction moves, Michele has a net work at People. In fact, she even suggested an independent moving company that we worked with that was hands-down, fantastic, and much less than any of the other competitors. Michele is like a realtor, counselor, advisor, educator, confidant, and now, after this experience and upon closing, a dear friend, rolled into one. YOU WILL NEVER, EVER go wrong with her as your realtor or if she's looking after your interests. A new chapter in our new home has begun and we are titling this chapter, "Happy Days Are Here Again!" Michele was such a pleasant relator. She provided the most recent updates on the market when homes similar to our requirements arrived on such a volatile market. She stayed in communication and rapidly responds to messages. She does not delay in communication. She is up to date on most current market guidelines. She is very professional all the while offering any support and creates an environment in which you feel comfortable and like the relator is there to assist in all your request to ensure the home you purchase is the best choice for you and your family. During the extended 13-month search in such a volatile market she never wavered in showing homes until we found the house, we could feel at HOME in. She was assistive in helping represent our interest and sending contacts at our request for the inspections. Although the closing is complete, she still makes herself available for any questions or concerns that arise. She is the BEST Relator I have ever worked with. Highly recommend!!!
