The best performing and hardest working real estate agent I’ve ever encountered

This was the second time I’ve worked with Michele and I strongly recommend her. She went above and beyond all expectations in preparing my house for sale all the way through closing. Without Michele’s help I wouldn’t have been able to get the house ready for sale in a reasonable time. She put in many extra hours including weekends to make this as easy as possible for me. I couldn’t ask for a better agent and would highly recommend Michele to anyone. I will definitely work with her again.

Michele knows her stuff, all bussines, eye on the goal - get the house sold!

With all proper realtor agents, the home sale experience begins when you sign the selling agreement, and ends when the title company says the closing is go, or a no-go. Michele is all business, as it should be to get results - fast. Having said that, forget that "list price" you would like to see advertised - it could be pie in the sky. Better that you decide in your mind what minimum take home cash you will accept at closing, and say so loudly and clearly to your agent, BEFORE you sign the seller agreement. It can be a long way from "pie in the sky" down to your take home cash. Michele from many years experience, will lay out for you how realistic your take-home goal is. Ask lots of questions, understand fully how one gets to expected take-home cash. Many issues can intervene. On the down side is the amount a buyer's lender will finance. On the up side a chance at landing a cash buyer (no lenders). Michelle will work within the agreement to get you to your end goal. She did so for me. You think you might sell your home without an agent? Think again. Two issues: Max exposure for your home to attract the best offers, and staying within the LAW. REMAX got my home sale exposure that a "for sale by owner" just can not match. The 2nd issue, the LAW, is a serious matter. When you come in under the umbrella of an agent seller agreement, you are covered by the same small print the agent is covered by. A non-pro can easily stray inadvertently outside the law on one of the many details. You want to know that when the closing is done and you walk away with your expected take-home cash, that it is the absolute end of the whole deal. No comebacks to byte you later either from the buyer, their agent, or the LAW. I am completely satisfied that Michele understood what I wanted, worked hard to get me there legal and safe, and with the cash in my bank from the title company within 48 hours after closing. I recommend Michele highly to anyone who wants a home sale done right.
