If I were to rate Michele Goodwin on a basis of 1 to 10, she would get a 10. Our requirements for a new home were quite specific and not easy to find. Michele knew exactly what we needed and would not stop until she found what we wanted. She was there for us anytime we needed her. She was immediate in responding to any questions we had. Since we were moving to a new area, she was very helpful in supplying names and phone numbers of competent contractors for any work on our new home.
