Michele Garrick - An Exceptional Real Estate Agent

Michele is an exceptional RE agent. She is very professional, has a gregarious personality, and demonstrates she listens to her client's desires and delivers with a selection of properties that fit the bill. Michele was the RE agent who found this home for me in 2015. It was my pleasure to select her once again to sell it for me. As with the purchase, she provided me with a smooth selling transaction. She kept me abreast every step of the way during the process. She was quick to follow-up to ensure all documents were received and action items were completed. She is very knowledgeable regarding housing trends, multiple buying options, and is well-versed regarding the mortgage industry. I placed 100% trust and confidence in Michele in 2015 in purchasing this property and placed the same confidence in her in 2022 in selling the same property. She is an outstanding RE agent and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
