Michelle was great! “This won’t be the first I’ve listed a house higher than everything else in the neighborhood”. Ok.. I don’t think those were her exact words, but that’s basically what she told us when we were concerned about listing too high. This was our first time selling a home and she was very patient, knowledgeable, and empowering. We sold our house for top dollar and are very pleased with the outcome. Michelle was kind, yet stern with the other agent. Her negotiating skills are second to none, and she fought for us the whole way. As we neared the closing date, there were loose ends that the buyer’s agent had not yet finalized. Michelle worked quickly to resolve all of the issues to get the deal closed on time. During the negotiation process Michelle was methodical and accommodating. She alerted us of the communication from the buyer, discussed our options, asked our opinions, gave her recommendation, and gave us time to think about how we wanted to proceed. I highly recommend Michelle Frasure.
