We were all over the board on what we wanted to spend based on what met our needs or how many could be met. Even our range of locations was far and wide. She was very good with us throwing things at her that popped up here or there and getting us in quickly to view them. I honestly wish it had worked out with this house that was in her neighborhood! Michele was Bible Job patient with us. We found a house in Moscow Mills but still had a house to sell so we rented it for 6 months. When it flooded we were out of there so back to Michelle we went. (Quick recap - Michelle spent tons of time helping us find this house and was graciously going to wait 6 months to get paid since we weren't going to close.) After we called she jumped on our new house needs (NO Flooding) and closer in to O'Fallon, where my wife works, and she had 5 or 6 houses immediately that we liked and one we loved. That was 5 years ago and when we leave for warmer climes Michele will be listing our house. BTW our house has increased in value by $75K since we moved in.
