We chose Michele as our Realtor for the sale of 349 Highland Drive because of her deep history of performance in Hollywood by the Sea, along with her initial presentation whereby she shared with us the history of comps in the area. Michele guided us all the way through our process from finding us a candidate to buy the house, to helping us navigate through what is often a "bumpy road" following inspection follow up. Michele did an amazing job of suggesting the hiring of local contractors with whom she had a good knowledge of their tried and true performances in inspection follow up tasks. This helped us quite a bit. On one one occasion she called back the contractors to provide a better finished version of the level of performance she expected. Our family are out-of-towners, so her local presence was as if this was Michele's own personal transaction that she wanted done right! We appreciated that. Finally, Michele was congenial, patient, and accommodating with all of our communications through the process. Our family would offer a strong favorable reference of her professional abilities as a Realtor.
