My family and I were looking for a nice home in the same town so my kiddos could finish school and we lucked out not only with the home we found, but also Michele's knowledge and her willingness to help a complete novice like myself to get into this a new place. Michele is an excellent realtor, very patient and professional. She was always available to show me houses. I had a strict budget which it made it difficult to find to find what i was looking for at the price i could afford, but Michele never gave up on me and continued helping me looking for houses. Until, we found a house in the neighborhood i wanted and she was able to negotiate with the seller's realtor to my benefit. We made an offer and it was accepted. I highly recommend Michele as today I can say I'm a first homeowner. Michele has continuing helping me with the projects with buying a new house entails with contractors referrals. she is awesome!!!
