I got the best offers and price when selling two different Cape properties (2020 & 2022). I am pleased when the asking price is met after a few weeks of listing. It would make me worry about listing price if it went under contract immediately. Of course tons of properties get snapped up immediately in this market. But Michele is willing to work hard and be patient for the very best offers. It’s a win-win.
