She was very professional in advising or suggesting how to list the house; giving us suggestions on what Buyers are looking for in a house. We felt very confident in her suggestions. She made selling the house less stressful for us, that we were able to seal the deal and close on the house.

This was our first home and also the first home we were selling. We did not have much experience picking a realtor. Michele put us at ease immediately and explained everything. She also worked with us after we went overseas and we were able to sell the house long distance. All in all, even though it took longer than we were hoping, Michele kept pushing and ultimately got it sold. Overall, a very positive experience and not the cookie cutter approach other realtors were offering.

Through out the whole process, Michele was very efficient in staying on top of everything that needed to be done. The property closed on May 27, 2019 without any major issues.
