We found a house on zillow, 1 house that we wanted. Only that house... Michelle worked the process to our advantage as best as she could every step of the way. We successfully bought and sold within the numbers we needed, within the timeline they needed, and with each little hiccup she was there working in the background finding us the people we needed to talk to, getting us documents electronically, answering a few frantic texts and making sure we had a good contract and got us to settlement, even though the city, the pandemic, and the market seemed to be throwing us curve balls.

Michele was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying experience! Michele guided us through home tours and was knowledgeable about what homes would pass an FHA inspection. Michele was quick to respond to any communication whether it be email, text, or phone call, she was also always available to show us homes when we requested. Michele is one of the most knowledgeable real estate agents you can find. If I could give her way more than 5 stars, I would. I have not once felt pressured into anything...she is SUPER responsive - I think this is one of her strongest qualities. There were times I was emailing her late at night and super early in the morning (I still feel bad about that), and she has always gotten back to me so promptly and with no problem at all. I would HIGHLY recommend her. Words cannot describe how appreciative I am for all the hard work she put in (it took me about a year and a half to seal the deal on a house due to some unforeseen circumstances) and she has been nothing but patient and helpful. What a talent! You can't do better out there - trust me!

I got in touch with Michele when an unfortunately timed split with the real estate agent we had been using occurred unexpectedly. Doing online research, I found Michele and decided to contact her after reading positive reviews about here through several sites. As this was/is our first home purchase, and as we were going to be using a VA loan (which can be very finicky), we needed someone who was willing to be patient with us and our naivete about the whole process: we knew what we did and didn't want, but we didn't know what was realistic, nor the industry ins-and-outs! Michele got back in touch with me from my initial email contact within the hour. She was able to arrange to meet up with us that very evening, and in fact, got us in to see one of the houses we had wanted to view that same night! She also quickly cleared up some misunderstandings that we had about VA loans that our previous realtor had never fully explained to us. One of the reviews I had initially read about Michele said that she made you feel like her only client; this was definitely true! Michele was able to work with our wonky schedules and made us feel like she was at our beck and call whenever we needed her. Michele was never pushy, but was still willing to give her opinions when we asked for them, especially helpful as we were moving to an area that was new to us (despite having been looking there for awhile). She was also able to tell us when things that occurred were "normal" or not, which was helpful in negotiations. With her help, we were able to find, and quickly move on, what is now our first home. Michele quickly felt like we had known her forever, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an area specialist. If/when we move in the future, we will definitely be contacting Michele again!
