Michele was quick to respond to our questions and issues at any time of day or night. Disappointed in the handling of issues with the loan company. Felt like she should have been more involved when there were issues and not just making a phone call to the loan company. As a buyer we figured that when we closed the Realator would have set up a welcome to your new home basket as a thank you for handling our purchase. Would have been a nice touch. Business must be very good she got her check and out the door.

We greatly appreciate the patience given to us throughout the whole process. She really cared about us buyers rather than paying much attention to her commission. Despite our inexperience with English, she was still very patient with us and negotiated without any trouble.
