Hello, my name is Danny Lima. I am originally from Canada. Before I move down to the United States I needed a Realestate agent. I did not know any in Florida at that time. Through word of mouth a friend mentioned Michele. I immediately got in touch with Michele and explained my situation. I told her that I was moving to the United States and I was looking for an apartment temporarily. She went out of her way to send me all the pictures that I needed and drove around taking pictures to give me the layout of the area I was moving to. I explained that I wanted to be exactly a block from the beach. She found a place and my only request was pictures of the bathroom and Kitchen, knowing that it would be Temporary. We made an appointment. I drove down In a U-Haul. When I finally met Michele not only did she take me to see the apartment after I dropped off the U-Haul trailer. I did not know any people there at that time, Michele spent the next 3 days taking me wherever I needed to go, to get cleaning supplies, kitchenware Home Depot locations, banks, etc. I eventually found a house to buy. My only choice for an agent after that was Michele. To me it was all about trust, experience, and the knowledge that she had my back. We are friends till this day. I have my Realestate agent for as long as she will have me. No request is to big and any questions that I had relevant or not she would always answer until I was put at ease. Michelle was or Realtor on the purchase and sale of this condo. As it was our first experience in condo living we thought that no maintenance on the outside would be good. Michelle found the condo close to where we wanted to be and at the right price. She is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding which we needed moving from out of state. After 2+ years we realize Condo living was NOT for us so Michelle was at the ready to help us again! Selling it not only Fast but at a Great price. The most impressive thing about the service we have gotten from Michelle is her ability keep everything all in order start to finish with a caring and understanding heart.
