She is very knowledgeable about the market, the does and don't of buyer and seller needs. Michele was willing and able to handle things in my absence during the closing that allowed me to keep my plans for family vacation. She replied to calls, messages,etc. promptly. She most importantly was patient with me and all I had going on during this sale.
