I was so happy we enlisted Michele Cone to sell our home. From start to finish Michele was so very helpful. She had the current contacts we needed to get our home "prepped" which we were so grateful for. She quickly brought several buyers to see our home and we had offers to pick from. She made the closing process as easy as can be. Michele is an excellent choice that I trust and would use again.

There are not enough stars in the universe to properly rate Michele. We've bought and sold several properties over the years, but no real estate agent we've encountered comes close to what Michele delivers. We were awed from the moment we were introduced. Yes, Michele knows the market extraordinarily well, as do many other Park City-based real estate agents, but that is not what sets her apart. Michele advocated for us beginning day one, and that has continued even post-closing. She has ALWAYS placed our best interest first. The home we ended up purchasing was new construction, and we are from out of town. Every few weeks during the nearly one-year construction phase, Michele would go out of her way to stop by the construction site to take photos / videos and then send them along to us. We never asked Michele to do that. When the inevitable issue arose with the developer, never a problem, Michele was all over it. These are just two small examples of the unparalleled service and care Michele provides, along with the pride and professionalism that she takes in her work. Even now that we have moved into our home, Michele continues to make herself available to us. And does so, of course, with the utmost grace and pleasure.
