Michele Clevering

During the horrible, awful, very bad year of Covid-19, while I was located halfway across the country, Michele Clevering made it not only possible, but also relatively easy, for me to sell not just one, but two properties. Despite quarantines, mask mandates and myriad never-before experienced situations, Michele not only found buyers for my properties, but she also knew whom to contact beforehand regarding necessary upgrades, general cleaning, or other repairs. To say that I'm pleased is a definite understatement. Both properties sold quickly and netted more than I was expecting. All that I needed to do during the entire process was to respond to a few emails, texts, or phone calls, and to sign the necessary documents. In fact, most of the documents were signed electronically; only a couple needed to be witnessed by a notary and returned by FedEx. Michele understood what needed to be done and how to do it.
