If your looking for a Realtor, Team Churchill is the Realty to call. Michele listed are vacant property, and within 8 days we had an over asking price offer. There were a lot of questions from buyer about reclamation in area, and Michele went above and beyond to put them at ease with facts and literature. The deal ultimately fell through the day of closing due to an issue with funds from the buyers. However this did not discourage Michele, she had us another offer within 5 hours.
