I started out trying to sell my home by myself but I had priced the house too high and honestly didn't know what the hell I was doing but was trying to save money. When I called Michele for help, she came over to give me tips about what I needed to do. We signed the paperwork on Friday, she put together an open house for Saturday, and within the first hour, she had a very good offer, We waited the rest of the weekend just to see if there would be another higher bid but the first offer was perfect.
