After my aunt fell ill, their beautiful Fountain Valley home lay dormant for nearly a decade. This year, my uncle was finally ready to sell the home they spent their married lives in. The house had not been opened in over 8 years and, unfortunately, a large rodent had eaten its way through the ceiling and lived out its adventures before dying on the 2nd floor. When we opened the doors, the stench was overpowering. Not a foot of carpet was spared and some walls had water damage and, whatever the animal had done to them. It almost felt like it would be easier to level the house and start over, rather than face the massive workload. This is where Michele competently and confidently took the reins. We lived out of state and worked so we were not able to assist with the estate sale, clean-up, or selling of the home. Had it been left in our hands; our uncle would have taken a substantial loss at sale. Michele patiently worked with my technology adverse uncle, coordinating every detail from cleaning crews, painters, carpenters, landscaping, and tree trimming, even coordinating a POD and moving crew to crate the items my uncle wanted to keep. She coordinated the estate sale, not an easy task during a pandemic, and when that went poorly, she took further actions to sell what she could via online sites and even a yard sale. All the while patiently updating my uncle and ensuring his wishes were met. In the end, the house miraculously resembled the stunning home I had known since childhood. Michele truly worked a miracle, above and beyond the call of the Real Estate agent at every turn. My family is so grateful to her for her work and, how she tirelessly met my uncles needs, knowing the home and pieces within each held a sentimental memory for him. There is no way to repay her, or to properly convey our gratitude. She was a friend to him, a support system, and his angel agent who sold that house for $200K+ over asking. Michele’s talents are truly unmatched.

Michele is a lovely lady. She is completely professional, yet also has a great personality. In an environment that can be very stressful, Michele was always calm, cool and collected. Her knowledge of the real estate industry was right on. She forecasted for us the time frame and pricing that would occur, and she was exactly right. Michele’s communication skills are excellent. She is very easy to talk with and patient. She responds immediately to any call, email, or text. Also, Michele did exactly what she said she would do and in the time frame needed. I will recommend Michele to all my friends and family for any real estate agent needs. I had high expectations for our selling agent and Michele exceeded our hopes.
