Our goal was to sell home before the New Year... if you are wondering how great Michele is, we got an offer on the first weekend but when that offer fell through Michele was relentless to get us back in the market and we had another buyer within a week, all during Christmas when other people in the neighborhood were pulling their house off the market. Michele represented us both going into our new construction home and out. We decided to sell after being in the house less than a year, as a property that we had been eyeing for sometime FINALLY became available. We started working with her in the fall of last year and over the course of that time she showed extreme patience, due diligence, and treated our search for the perfect home like it was her own personal search. She knew exactly what we were looking for due to how closely she worked with us and would alert us of any properties that she felt were a possible match often before they were even officially listed. Searching from out of state would have been extremely difficult if we didn't have Michele there doing a lot of the leg work for us. If there was a property we were interested in and we couldn't get there to see it, Michele would go on our behalf and Facetime us as she went through the property. She was always available to us when needed and even took care of any issues needed to help settlement run smoothly often without us even having to ask. Michele is outstanding at what she does and treats you like family. She is truly in a league of her own!!
We had some hiccups on the buyer's end which required constant follow up and assistance in persevering through. Michele was diligent every step of the way!! I may have given up, but she kept us all on track and got everything done!! Very happy!!
