I am a first-time buyer, and Michele was far and away the best possible agent I could have imagined. She listened to *exactly* what I wanted/needed, and was sure to show me only those properties that met my criteria. When it came time to make an offer and begin negotiating, she guided me through the process and gave expert advice. Along the way, there were some difficulties with getting the loan approved, and she was always there to make suggestions about strategies to ensure that I would be able to get the loan. Ultimately, I purchased my dream condo, and couldn't be happier. Michele is lovely. I would recommend her to anybody!!!
