Michele was fantastic at helping us get into our new home. She was referred to us by our seller’s agent in Tennessee, where we were still living. She FaceTimed us as she toured the homes we were interested in, then helped us make a fair, acceptable offer on the home we liked. Everything moved very quickly and within a couple of weeks Michele had handled the home inspection, etc and helped us close on our new home. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the area while being optimistic, caring, and supportive. She kept in close communication with us, keeping us informed of progress on each step.
