Michel Ann Maroney’s passion for real estate began early and runs deep. Throughout the late 1970s and 80s, she gained valuable, hands-on experience attending showings and closings alongside her mother, who was a licensed REALTOR® for over 40 years. This foundation was further strengthened by Michel Ann’s work in the same large, bustling real estate office during the late 80s and early 90s, where she learned the day-to-day workings of a busy brokerage.
Licensed since 2009, Michel Ann has grown her own successful career built on these roots. She owned her own brokerage in Tennessee and has earned multiple real estate designations, bringing a blend of seasoned expertise and heartfelt commitment to every client she serves.
Her love for lake living also runs in the family, with many years spent at their own lake home. This makes her current role serving Smith Lake as Managing Broker of Residential Resource Real Estate feel like a perfect fit. She is proud to serve buyers and sellers from Smith Lake to Lake Guntersville, from the TN state line - South through Cullman County, and into Jasper, AL. Michel Ann also maintains her Tennessee license with Red Door Real Estate, continuing to serve Southern Middle Tennessee.
