I really don't know what to say about Michel and Jackie. They are amazing. They were extremely attentive and supportive with my wife and I. Through every single step of the process for selling our home they made us feel like we were their number one priority. Michel (and his wife Jacolyn) were absolutely amazing throughout the whole home buying process. The first thing Michel did was sit us down and walk us through the ~24 step process for buying a home. This helped ensure there were no surprises anywhere along the way, and kept us from getting anxious as we waited for the deal to progress. With Michel and Jacolyn we never felt lost of unsure of anything during the time we worked with them. The two of them were available whenever we had questions, and were always quick to respond by phone, text, or email. When they took us out to visit some potential homes they taught us what questions to ask and how to ask them. They managed communication between all the different groups we had to work with, and helped up set up all the necessary appointments and gather the proper paperwork. Everything progressed quickly and smoothly and we closed without any problem. Our favorite moment was getting a great big hug from Michel and Jacolyn as they handed us the keys to our new home!

It was awesome! It's the first time we bought a home and Michel was def an angel who explained everything (few times) and ensured we understood each step and the consequences of everything. I cannot say enough good things about Michel & Jacolyn Bron! My parents moved into a retirement community and it was time to sell their Brentwood condo - a task that was more than daunting. Thankfully, the Brons were with us every step of the way. When Michel & Jocelyn first came to the space, it was still full of stuff and needed some work to get it sellable. The Brons had great ideas from paint color to carpet color, staging to timing. When the work was complete, they went into overdrive and got fabulous pictures, the website up & running and a localized direct mail piece done quickly and beautifully. Besides the usual open house schedule, the Brons added a twilight open house on the roof deck and bent over backwards to always be on hand to show the unit to potential buyers. Through it all, Michel was a wonderful advisor - managing multiple offers, listening to my thoughts and always doing what was best for my parents. In the end, one of the potential buyers was also being represented by the Brons and, despite their making significantly more money had we gone with their offer, they supported our discussion to go with another buyer. In the end we closed significantly over asking in what was a very easy transaction. We so appreciate all the guidance the Brons gave us. Besides liking Michel and Jacolyn as people, we feel that we were in the best hands to manage such a significant transaction for us. A+ experience from start to finish.
