I appreciate how Michal is not a typical salesperson - he’s more like your very competent assistant. I always felt I was in the driver seat and he was listening and applying all his knowledge to each situation. Highly recommended.

I never had to wait for an answer. He was attentive and polite every step of the way. Showed up for touring, inspection, and closing all to help me with any questions. Was knowledgeable on the area and what issues we should look for. I trusted his guidance during negotiations because he truthfully valued me and wanted to see me get a fair price. Would not consider using another agent and hope to buy more properties with him.
