I interviewed multiple agents before deciding to work with Mike. He is friendly yet very direct with his approach, which I found important especially during negotiations. He presented all options available to me during negotiation terms before I decided what worked best for me. He also helped me analyze the current market conditions prior to selling. His suggestions on minor repairs and the implications of what to expect if I didn't do the repairs were helpful. Alternatively, he compared the estimated price increase if I did the repairs. He also spotted a few things that I did not initially realize, which may have caused some challenges later on. His attention to detail was exceptional. In addition to helping me sell my home, he also searched and found me my new one. This was the right decision for me along with working with him. I highly recommend Mike!

My husband and I already knew Mike before asking him to be our realtor, so it was a no brainer to have him help us find our first home. He went above and beyond in so many aspects. He was attentive to all our needs, and answered all of our questions with such patience. He was able to explain things to us in ways that were easier to understand. He recommended a lender to us who was fantastic to work with. When things with our offer got complicated, he got in contact with his attorney and they stood up for us, and advocated on our part to rectify the situation. And when we got the house, he helped us with finding a contractor to fix a few things before moving in. We’ve been in our house for about a month now, and he is still helping us out by giving us a few contacts for someone to help us out an AC unit in. Mike is personable, attentive and driven! If you are looking for a realtor to help you buy or sell, he’s your guy!
