On behalf of my elderly mother. I contracted with Michaela from out of state. She took care of everything from staging, repairs, working with the HOA and providing very professional web presence. Received numerous offers. Unfortunately best offer came from a very difficult purchaser with a very inexperienced realtor. Michaela effectively guided that realtor through the process, many times doing the work he failed to do to make sure the sale went through. At the same time she shielded my mother and I from the many issues associated with this buyer and her realtor. I couldn’t have been more appreciative or impressed with Michaela exceptional service and warm, but professional demeanor. She is truly an exceptional realtor.
