Mike was very thoughtful when listing our house. He took the time to take awesome pictures and market our property on his social media, along with all of the conventional methods. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Mike if you are buying or selling a home. Mike helped us navigate the market for months as we looked for a new home. From the moment we started working with Mike he was available to us 24/7. He was in constant communication with us about homes coming on the market, most of the time before they even were on the market. He never once tried to sell us a home, in fact many times he would point out shortcomings or concerns that we were completely blind to. For 6 months…and dozens of showings, Mike assisted us until we found the perfect home for our family…even while he was on vacation he arranged showings for us! Once we found our home, he guided us through the buying process making it as easy as possible for us. Months later he still stays in touch with us and checks in on how we are enjoying our new home.
