He takes a genuine interest in people and strives to meet their needs. His patience was evident in the fact that he had no qualms about us taking all our seven kids on many house showings when we could find no one to watch them. 2) Michael is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. He is very careful to make sure paperwork is in order and is savvy when it comes to negotiating. 3) Michael is also a contractor and is a wealth of information regarding all things structural inside and out about houses and property. In the rare case he does not have an answer to a question or know about a certain issue, he will say so and then research the answer. He has many connections on a personal level to quality subcontractors that come in very handy when things need to get done quickly. He knows these people on a first name basis and they know him and trust him. 4) Michael is very good about being contactable and his communication is wonderful. This is extremely important when timing and communication are so important in selling and buying a home. The house we ended up buying came available late Friday night. We were able to contact him that night, and he set up a showing first thing Saturday morning, which was key in putting in an offer for the house that very day. 5) Michael and Michelle make a fantastic team. To have two realtors as knowledgeable as they both are working together is invaluable.
