When hurricane Helene hit the coast of Florida, we suffered extensive damage in our Madeira Beach home. I first met Mike when he conducted countless community meetings on the process for repair/rebuild of damaged homes. I was so impressed with how he helped the community. I was even more impressed once we hired him as our realtor for both selling our Madeira Beach house, and purchasing a condo inland. His knowledge of the area, the market, the city leadership was invaluable. He definitely went the extra mile in finding buyers, helping us with taking pictures for our claim with the city and FEMA, and constantly working with us on the ever-changing environment after the hurricane. My mother-in-law is not the most tech savvy, but he always made her feel valued. He accommodated her need for paper. He was always available via text or phone to answer our many and varied questions, and was willing to keep the entire family updated as things progressed. I consistently heard praise of Mike when we were out and about in the community. He is well known for his love of Madeira Beach, and by the various store owners. It definitely made me thankful for the great choice we made in hiring him!
