Michael was wonderful to work with from the first point of contact through closing. He was extremely responsive (even from half way around the world, while on vacation) and very proactive about keeping us informed. Would absolutely recommend working with Michael and will do so again myself when the need arises.

I was fortunate enough to choose Michael Wright to sell a property and purchase property at the same time. It is a very stressful and confusing process but Mike made it go very smooth. I asked so many questions, probably more than once and he always responded quickly and put my mind at ease. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. Mike was very thorough in making sure I prepped my sale so it would show the best. He explained the sale process start to finish. I had a buyer on the first day of open house and house went over asking. For our purchase, Mike asked us lots of questions about what we needed and what were our must haves and what were things that we couldn't live with. He was quick to find us a list of homes that best fit our needs and budget. The purchase and negotiation were by far the most stressful but Mike kept us informed of all the back and forth during the bidding process and got us the home we wanted most. He communicated with attorneys and agents for both transactions to ensure we closed on both deals as close as possible to minimize the stress of the transition process. I can tell you from experience if your buying or selling your home Mike will be your most valuable asset in getting you everything that is reasonably possible. He is straight forward and honest and will not tell you what you want to hear unless he knows he can deliver on it. His communication can't be improved upon. If I ever make another real estate transaction Michael Wright will be my agent.
