To give a little history, our home was initially listed on the market under a different agent/brokerage for approximately 5 months; however, we did not receive an acceptable offer. We met with Michael and were impressed with his marketing plan, and specific plan for our home since it had already been on the market for several months. One thing that really stood out with Michael was when he said that if we were not receiving showings, he would change things (change his marketing) to try and increase the likelihood off showings. This made me very happy to know that our home would not just be “sitting” on the market. During our home selling process, Michael didn’t have to make any changes with his marketing plan because we received consistent showings. Then, we received an acceptable offer in approximately 2 months. The closing process was seamless because of the help we were receiving from Michael. Michal is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive, very detail oriented and the most responsive realtor I've encountered. In my introductory meeting with Michael, we discussed my housing needs and he asked lots of detailed questions to ensure he could narrow the search prospects. The same day he e-mailed a number of prospect properties that fit the specifications of our discussion and the following day we were visiting some of the properties. He took us to 6-7 properties across Jacksonville and was very patient, no pressure to choose one. When I found my target property, Michael created a Google drive with all the background information I told him I needed to make an informed decision. He also helped me negotiate to a lower price than I was originally thinking, which was actually accepted. From there on, he was all over every single detail. He's responsive same day on text and e-mail, most times he responds on text immediately. And he always followed through on action items, I never had to ask him for anything twice. We closed within 40 days and I feel like I got a great deal. Similar units within my complex were selling for 9-15% higher than my purchase price before I even closed. I don't usually take the time to write reviews online, but Michael is a gem and I plan on using him again for my next purchase. If you can get his time, it would be wise to work with Michael on your property search too.

Michael Wright is amazing! When other realtors wanted to lower the price of our home, he said no... just give me 30 days. And he sold our home in 35 days even with a hurricane impacting our area! He truly cares about his clients and their best interests and puts his heart and soul into his listings. You can not go wrong with him!
