Michael was everything we needed in an agent and more. He was referred to us by my brother. He took time to understand our needs and style, had great understanding of the search area, did thorough research for us, communicated a lot via email (that being our preferred mode), and made every property search tour very productive. We found our ideal property and he helped to make the contract negotiations rather painless for us.
