My family and I recently conducted a thorough search of houses as we looked to make the move from a lifetime in Manhattan to the beautiful quiet of the Bedford/Armonk area. He didn't waste time with properties that didn't fit those wishes. A master at negotiation, Michael arranged a deal that was good for us, and appealed to the seller.
