I found Michael on Yelp after seeing his many good reviews and decided to ask him to come and appraise my mothers house in the thoughts we might put it on the market one day and wanted to check the information real estate agent had been telling us would be a good strategy on possibly selling her home might be. On him setting up the appt and following through on the appraisal. I asked Micheal his strategy and it seemed like a much better fit for us so I decided to ask Michael to be our agent as well. The housing market in the Bay Area has been so hot. Too much competition in every angle. Mike was recommended to me by a very close friend. I'm glad I worked with Mike! I was working with another agent prior to meeting Mike and the difference in their efforts were like night and day. Mike actually made me feel important with his communications with me, response time and effort he put in no matter how big or small of a question I had. With me being a first time home buyer, Mike's services were like a blessing to me. If I found a property I was only curious about, I'd send the info over to him and he'd come back in an hour or two with a ton of information about the property and neighborhood that isn't provided in the internet listings.
