Michael is a great agent and is extremely knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to have had his help twice. Once when we bought our home in 2015 and again when we sold in 2022. He was professional knowledgeable regarding the market and current changes with interested rates and also the communication was great. I never felt like I was a burden nor that he did not have my best interest in mind.
I never actually met Michael or even had any correspondence with him. I was recommended him by one of my new coworkers when moving to the state and when I called I was told he was unavailable, but they would set me up with one of his agents, Boomer Bates. I simply sent over the listings on houses I liked told him what I liked and didn't and he showed me around at the ones I wanted to see, but then told me about one going up on the market the next day that had pretty much all my wants right at the right price and I put an offer in that day and got it. Without Selling North Georgia, I probably wouldn't have got the beautiful home I did.
