My wife and I just purchased pur first home with the help of Mr. Wilhite. My wife and I were told the process of purchasing a home can be rough and cause some stress well I cant say my wife and I felt any of that. Mr. Wilhite sat us down and we went over what we wanted in a home and the price range we were looking for and he went to work! Mr. Wilhite has a great team!! Within a week of looking at houses we were in escrow and closed within 25+ days! Without one headache. If my wife and I ever decide to sell or purchase another home we will most DEFINITELY use Mr. Wilhite again.

This was the first home purchase for myself and my husband and we had been advised by acquaintances that it could be a stressful and overwhelming process. I am so happy to say that I never once felt that way due to Michael's dedication to making the process as smooth as possible. I felt very comfortable asking him any and all questions I had which I really appreciated. Michael was also great at accommodating our needs and availability. Where do I start... We started looking for a home with our agent Mike in April 2015. We looked and looked and everything was going really fast. We are so thankful that Mike was so patient with us and always happy to show us the next house. Mike sent us daily listings and stayed on top of all the requests we sent his way. He showed us an expanded search which we are so very grateful for. We put in more offers and finally found the house of our dreams in November 2015. We were especially impressed with how much he cared about our happiness and how he wouldn't let us settle for anything less than what we wanted. Everything was handled from beginning to end. We closed our loan in less than 3 weeks with Chris Fenoglio at Alpine Mortgage Planning in Seal Beach. We were beyond thrilled that we made it in before Christmas! Thank you Mike!!!

Overall Mike is great and very knowledgable. I am technically not a first buyer, I had a failed purchase back in 2010, unfortunately back then I didn't know Mike. After working with a many real estate agents, I enjoyed to work with Mike because he really cares about his clients and always goes the extra mile, which normally you don't see in a buyers market. He will make sure you get a property that suits your needs and advising you when a property may not be the best given its conditions. He will make sure you get the best value in the best market.

Mike is an A+! As a single mother and first time home owner I needed a specific location area due to my sons school and a budget (not easy). Mike worked around my schedule for viewings and was always available via phone, email and text. He made me feel comfortable and was looking out for my best interest, it wasn't about the sale, it was about finding the right place for me. I happened to drive by a condo and called Mike if he could get some info - and told me he would meet me there in 15 min. By the time Mike got there he had already talked to the other realtor! We had an offer in that night, accepted the next day and Mike walked me through the process until I had the keys. Mike went above and beyond to be sure I got the Condo before the new year!
