He was patient and was good at steering us away from properties that did not fit our needs. We first contacted Michael in the Spring of 2022 as we were moving to NC in the summer and were hoping to purchase a home. Due to time constraints and COVID precautions, Michael went out of his way to give us virtual tours of several homes. In a time frame of just a couple days, he helped us put together an offer that was well below asking and ultimately accepted. It was the smoothest and most efficient purchase we could've asked for and we're so grateful to have had Michael to guide us through first-time homeownership!
