After three years searching for a townhome in North Orange county: I had used another realtor (not with positive results); then attempted to purchase a condo on my own with no realtor again with poor results; I then found and contacted Mike Weeda. Mike found me a great townhome/condo in my preferred area within one month. He was very knowledgable of the realestate properties available; Very helpful/knowledgable with realestate laws/procedure with dealing of escrow/documentation (helpful in escrow referral) and all its documentation. I was extremely happy and satisfied with Mike Weeda's service. I highly recommend him.

Mike is a fantastic realtor. The process went extremely smooth. He is very responsive to all questions and promptly returned calls and texts during the entire process. You can't go wrong in picking Mike if you need to sell your home quickly. The entire process from listing to closing took less than 45 days and my house sold above asking. Mike is very knowledgeable and provided great advice and recommendations regarding list price and his perceived value of the home. Mike made the process very smooth with minimal stress.
